EMS 2588 - Paramedic Patient Care Internship II



2 Credits
Provides competency-based clinical experiences in emergency medical services field response units, hospitals, health care clinics and other venues. Students perform advanced life support skills and patient assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and direct patient care teams. Students function as advanced life support team leaders are under the supervision of a preceptor or instructor.

To complete the requirements of the course students will need to receive a criminal background clearance. Please refer to the Criminal Background section of the catalog for more information on the criminal background study.

Pre-Requisites EMS 2560 , EMS 2570 , EMS 2488
