BUS 1405 - Training and Development
3 Credits Examine the strategic approaches to attaining organizational goals through training & development at the individual, group, and organization levels. Explore the readiness and motivation of trainees, development, delivery and evaluation of training and development initiatives. This course is aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Body of Applied Knowledge (BASK).
