BUS 1401 - Employment Law

This course examines employment laws governing the workplace at the federal, state and local levels, and explores risk management strategies to prevent and mitigate organizational risk. This course is aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Body of Applied Knowledge (BASK).
